Buyer offers amount and we accepted. When it comes to pick up, buyer remained quiet despite few communication and follow up. Nothing happens for a week and then want to arrange pick up. Due to no prior communication, we sold to another buyer at a lower price (sigh) and this buyer blames us for selling it to another buyer. Strange?
