The deal actually did not close, I waited for the buyer from 1600 to 1645 at the mtr station but she did not show up, she said she was there but sending ma'am at the taxu after a while(?), so disappointed given that I travelled for an hour from the NT to Hong Kong side. She then proposed to meet again on the same day at tst mtr station, but then she said she was on the way home.....she has ruined my whole afternoon after all
