Arranged to meet but had to reschedule - she said she'll contact me but never ended up returning messages

Made an offer, I accepted and she didn't honour it. We arranged to meet yesterday (I brought items with me) but times kept changing and then she just didn't pick up her phone or msg with an update. Very disappointed
