Extremely unresponsive seller. Listed mahjong set as ‘Like New’. In reality, tiles were very badly stained. Claimed the set was never used (hence like new), yet tiles were randomly arranged which proved they were used before. Color was also not as claimed. Photo in listing was in poor lighting and poor quality. Did not buy. Terrible experience! Wasted my time. Beware this seller!

For context, I listed this item on behalf of someone and was not aware that the item was in this condition. I apologised to her for having to make a wasted trip. She took one look at the tiles and told me that she would not be purchasing it which I was ok with. It was a mutual agreement and everything seemed fine at that moment. However, this person is deliberately making things ugly now as the review was left weeks after the supposed meetup. Truly a questionable and unreasonable behaviour.

It’s funny how it seems like forgetting to indicate the postage of $2.50 is a big deal when the item this buyer intended to get was already half the original price from Sephora. I explained that the cost was to cover bubble wrap and mailing as the item has a weight to it but this buyer decided to make a big fuss out of it. If that’s the case, you’re welcome to go and get the item from Sephora at retail price.
