Hi, As we discussed due to Carousell delivery options selected, delivery was not successful and Carousell support has not responded so we discussed to cancel and your full money was refunded to you. It is unfair rating. I supported as much as I can, though it is new delivery mode to me. I am giving 10 for 7$ cheap and you were very reluctant to come to your nearest MRT to collect, though that was long distance for me to deliver. I kept you informed of all the discussions and you did not reply.
