Orig price was agreed,jz short of settling e meeting time.Aft tt,she told me another buyer was keen to pay more & asked me if I wna match,I agreed.Thereafter,I realised e deal did nt include e full package as promised so I was reluctant to proceed.I offered to reach out to the earlier buyer to ask if she cld takeover but seller just refused.when she wanted to revert to the orig package agreed, I asked if she can revert to the orig price bt she said no.i didn’t reply thereafter as I wasn’t keen.
