Seller promised to make up to me yet she did not respond at all... The thing I bought from her did not arrive at all... $ was bank transferred but no item and seller MIA after saying will do something...

Got my item but in wrong color. Promise to give an exchange before Xmas, till now no reply. I believe she is here with intention to scam as I’ve seen a few negative feedback.

Paid but did not get my bag! Seller promised me the bag 2 weeks ago and now she's avoiding my msges. Have been chasing but no replies at all. Any advice what I can do and how I can get my money back?? Very disappointed.

Seller went mia after payment. Paid $8 for her so-called delivery courier which didn't even came. Made me wait for the whole day for her "courier service" and even rushed back from work when she claims that the delivery man will reach 8pm or after. But still, did not turn up. And now, she isn't replying to my pm or text messages. Have reported to Carousell, but due to "direct transaction", they can not interfere with this. Will report to police(lol don't rlly wanna resort to reporting such lame
