Responsive and knowledgeable seller. The Nuskin Lumispa cleansing head is a bit old, i.e. 2017. She is willing to provide refund if the item is not working. So far ok. Hope can work like a newly purchase product. Nuskin is not selling the replacement head for old Lumispa anymore.
