I'm not sure why I got this kind of review from this person, considering he's just been ghosting me and has been very uncooperative. I'm not sure how I "forced" him to deal with me, but I've apologised for whatever I did and tried to be understanding, yet he did not even try to do the same at all. There was no collection date, time, and location set, so I'm very confused. Didn't even pay the deposit?
