but the seller posted like new ans no problem. but didnt know that he is selling a bicycle that has issue with gear.. i dont mind paying $210 for this plus $26 for the bicycle transportation to my house if all he said was true that this item has no issue and ready to use. but now i have to spend another $50 just to fix the.gear and he dont want to compensate at all.

I'm sure the bike was in good condition when I sold it. I have no control of what happened during transportation. You left a good review first and after a few days you tell me there is damage. How would I know if you didn't damage it. In any case I refunded you $25 out of goodwill to share the $50 cost you claim you will need to incur. You didn't disclose that.
