I had responded immediately and agreed to the refund, but I appreciate your clarification. Indeed, it was my mistake. However, it would have been better if the arrangement was planned earlier, especially during the festive.

I bought the curtains thinking I could use them for CNY but i couldn't use them cos the measurementswere wrong & a pair of curtains were in bad shape. Yet he had the cheek to be upset with me when I asked him to pay for the courier charges. And he even gave me a bad review. Everything was due to his own fault, yet he blamed me!

I have explained to you I hung the curtain once.regarding the issue I didn’t notice it honestly as I’ve checked it roughly that it is still like new.Maybe the issues wasn’t from me .I even offered you to check by yourself during our meet up. But you didn’t and now you want to blame me .Hopefully didnt happen again. Pls check. So u satisfy w ur purchase and anything happens afterward not my problem

Actually, it was difficult to check when your security guard kept looking & indicating that I needed to leave quickly. I'm sorry if you really had used it once but, the tailor told me the colour had faded cos the 5 pcs had to be joined together to form 2 pcs for my use
