Accepted his offer on 4 may and agreed to meet on 5 may. Last minute, he says that he has an urgent meeting and cannot arrive on time, which I totally understand and I offered free postage for normal mail but he insists that he would arrange for pick up frm me soon. However, till today, he did not get back to me and did not reply my message today when I asked if he is arranging to complete the deal. Disappointed.

Nego and we agreed on a price for self pickup on 13 may. Gave him detailed directions of the route he asked for, and answered all his queries. I asked him repeatedly if he is still interested, to which he replied yes. On the collection day/time, he said he'll wait for the rain to stop. And that's the last time I heard fr him.

Buyer did not turn up for the appointment & neither he inform he will be late. As a seller, I have done my due diligence to wait for him at least 15 mins past the agreed timing.
