Seller was not upfront about the item condition, there was alot of limescale buildup inside the water compartment & it wasn't a complete set. 😞 If I had known, I wouldn't have driven all the way down to pick it up from her. I did asked if there were stains or scratches but guess that wasn't enough. She refunded me in the end though.

Buyer wanted to pick up the item in absolute haste without checking what an ideal new product would include as for my listing it was clear about what was being sold. Due to constant complaining and messaging on my personal number (which I had solely shared for coordination purpose) I refunded the amount that too without taking the item back. Instead of appreciating the gesture of passing on the item (which was totally in good working condition) for free of cost, she continued to complain.
