Buyer made an offer and I accepted it. There after, buyer never responded despite sending him messages. He could have just let me know he changed his mind if he decided not to proceed and it would have been fine. But he chose not to despite the fact that i did mention to him that he could. Definitely not cool as there were other buyers asking if this item is available and I kept it reserved.
