Offer accepted on 11June.Buyer agreed to meet at seller's timing & location on 12June at yishun mrt station ard 12pm No show from seller.Buyer has to sacrifice lunch hr & mrt fare by travelling all e way from sengkang to yishun.No response from him until 14 June evening.He claimed that his account expired & agreed to reschedule date.I have asked for date confirmation & again there is no response from him for more than 3 days.Therefore,negative rating has to be given.
