To ensure efficient communication, I proposed using WhatsApp due to notifications delays on Carousell. Following our WhatsApp conversation, communication ceased unexpectedly, only to realised that you texted me on Carousell. This incident was outside my control and could have been avoided by maintaining a single communication platform which i had proposed. Thank you.
