Terrible buyer. Hardly responsive. Hours before meeting up id explicitly told her to bring exact amt. She said OK but showed up short of 60c. Since Id gone to her convi I told her to xfer to me the remaining amount. Txted her & sent her msg on carousel my acc no but she did not transfer at all. Tht was Sept 8. Have been constantly asking her and all she does is push back the time or day she will supposedly transfer. Reported to carousell. After this fdbk is posted she almost immediately xferred.

However, it would have been appreciated it if buyer took the initiative to keep me updated about her whereabouts during our meetup so I did not have to keep waiting at the same spot for so long (an hour) - it was pretty inconsiderate to not inform me if you knew you were going to be really late. I ended up being late for my appointment too.
