seller said it's a new pencil, but it's battery dead and can't recharge, also can't connect to the ipad pro 😱 the seller just said she is busy , confusing and no reply to the refund issue😤 finally the apple staff checked the "new" pencil purchase at Jan 2016 and out of warranty , i spend $288 at apple store to repair it 😓 i have the apple store repair statement to prove this💰💰

46 good feedback i have!you change time 11:20 change to 11:50 that we should agree then i late 3 minutes then you give me rash words even i give you reason why im late because i wake up late.i sleep 6am because i have work.then i wake up 9 so i fall a sleep again because jm thinking still early so i take a nap then i wake up late and you send me bad words message!! And i fall asleep! You dont even have a manners and respect seller..
