sold a psu that exploded within 3 days and caused damage to my socket, claims that the fault was on my side and says that he would only refund if 2 days

PSU was working fully when i handed it to him, i even stress tested it on a higher end pc. Provided a 1-2 days full refund if the product is broken. After 3 days he came to tell me that his PSU "exploded" when it was under his care and wanted a full refund which was caused by him for overloading the PSU beyond its limits. Even caroupay protection only provides 2 days of refund policy.
