Disappointing experience. The seller asked me to wait until Sunday for an additional strap, but proceeded to sell the bag to another buyer on Friday without even waiting for my reply (within 6 hours, while I was at work). I understand sellers can entertain other buyers, but it’s unfair to make an arrangement and not honour it. Better communication and consideration would have been appreciated.
COACH Tabby Shoulder Bag 20
RM400
Hi, I'm sorry for the disappointment. To explain what happened: no deposit was paid to hold the bag, and while we were talking I asked if you wanted to go ahead without the short strap first. Another buyer was ready to pay right away, and I hadn't heard back from you after about 6 hours, so I went ahead with that sale. I know the timing wasn't ideal for you, and I'm sorry it didn't work out. To hold an item, a deposit is always welcome. Thank you, and I hope you find the bag you're looking for.
