got one battery that was like dead for more than 5 years. Jonas revived it - pretty amazing and he sure knows the hack. The fact he dont charge before collecting shows he knows his stuff. He fixed in just a little over an hour. Handed it 2pm collected 6pm. Very polite guy and easy to arrange drop off and pickup.
