Hi! I sent a video to ur viber po showing that the bag is fine up to the point I handed it to the courier. The bag looks like it was forced open. Nonetheless, I offered to take it back and exchange it with another bag because I understood that you needed one for your event, but you told me po 'dont bother, mura lang naman, and sorry din, naitapon ko na'. This could have been resolved that both of us would be happy but you were not willing na po.
