Seller lacks empathy and human emotion. I did not realise that this was for the older model and that my stroller was the newer version. I had the item for 5 mins and wanted to return to the seller which would have more use of it than myself, but refused to take it back even though it has only been 5 mins since purchased.

This is an unfair review. I clearly stated in the ad which version this item was used for. The buyer mis-read the ad and then tried to blame me. I took time out of my workday to meet the buyer and then was not available to exchange the item again as I was back in meetings. The buyer then broke the bounds of privacy and sent a WhatsApp message to my wife. Yet I am the one who lacks empathy? Share of fault lies firmly with the buyer. My other reviews are a good reflection of how I use Carousell.
