seller made very prompt replies however it was very hard for me to take the pc out from the cardboard as most parts of the pc was stuck to the cardboard in a sleeve by washi tape, therefore after taking it out forcefully by removing the washi tape, the pc had a defect:((

Assuming the tape is hard to remove, there are still edges that can be easily cut through using a penknife and is unlikely to damage the pc. Whereas, the tape that was used to seal the sleeve can also be easily cut off using a scissors. Buyer then stated that she was afraid that the penknife/scissors will damage the pc, which I think it would have been a better choice than taking it out forcefully. Nonetheless, I apologise for the poor packaging that might have upset you.
