Be wary of buying used items that are passed off as “Brand New”. The item is working but this Seller sold a used product and yet labelled it as a “Brand New” product. The box is not in good condition and fingerprints can be observed on the sticker seal as well as the HDMI cable.

This seller is a scammer! This seller sold me a used item that he said is new. He swapped the charging cable to an irrelevant cable and he kept the plug. Totally shortchanged me by advertising the item is new!

I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. To clarify again - it was purchased new and stored, and had only been opened to verify contents before shipping. The outer packaging showed minor wear from international shipping from Germany, which unfortunately can happen despite careful handling. No components were intentionally removed or swapped. If anything was missing or incorrect on arrival, I would have appreciated being contacted directly so I could resolve accordingly.
