This person should be banned from carousell for the safety of the other users and i feel that carousel shouldnt be an advocate of cyber bullying. I will be reporting this user to the police as I feel unsafe as I have already given her my full address and contact number. I have kept all her messages for the police.

Go ahead! Show the conversation. Justice will prevail. 🙏🏼 My husband called you after reaching your block. Despite being online on the app you don’t respond to our calls. We had the etiquette to call a person before coming to their house because we practice safe distancing in general and follow rules. ( CoViD) After the failed attempt. I ask for a refund or delivery of the item at a common point ( I should be asking for delivery at my doorstep). She says she will not give the item nor refund.
