My driver went to pick up had to wait 30 mins due to her lateness now i have adfitional costs to pay lalamove waiting time. Dont recommend not reliable on timing

This is not true. We were waiting for the driver all the time, it’s more like communication problem caused the delay on the deal day. And irregardless, please be mindful on the words used when things not going smoothly. Nothing can be solved when only know talking ugly words: like playing a cheat on you etc I did offer to call the driver do the communication which was rejected. And I also offer to pay some lateness transportation penalties. God blessed you.
