Seller accepted my offer but at the agreed meet up time, seller was uncontactable. Awhile later, seller informed that he/she had just accepted higher offer. Not only did seller breach the agreement, seller did not have the decency to inform me and time and effort was wasted going to collect the item plus waiting for and trying to contact him/her etc.
