A bad transaction. He's keen to buy our diy angbao box but we told him it's not meant for sale. Weeks later, he wanted to rent it, as he has many good reviews, we trusted and rented him. He started by forgetting the return date, then asked for 1 day extension and missed the return date again. Nv make the initiative to inform us of any delay till we contacted him, went missing and uncontactable, eventually said he had rented out our box and lost it. Irresponsible & dishonest person to deal with.

People like you absolutely disgust me. Yes, I rented the box for my friend's wedding and they misplaced it, my full responsibility. But I paid every for every single day I rented/extended, $101.50 PLUS a REPLACEMENT FEE of $150. Above everything else, I apologized over and over again for the mishap. I was very thankful that you were so gracious over WhatsApp for the whole thing but you came back here and gave a negative feedback after you have received full undelayed compensation. Disgusting.
