The tv is working as expected. Transaction was fuss free. However, on hindsight, I should have clarified the model of the tv with the seller as it turns out it was a different model from the picture. Also, I shouldn't have assumed that a brand new tv comes with all its original accessories. Only the tv itself is brand new, although there are some scuff marks on the tv stand.
