Agreed to Buyer's price negotiation since he seemed sincere & he even requested for me to travel to his place of convenience which I did. But a few minutes before the meet up when I already arrived at the mrt, he cancelled due to "work". Even if it was true, I offered to wait half an hour or to meet the next morning but he didn't respond. Really hope no other seller would have to experience a situation like this esp aft accommodating to his requests.
