Only posting one star because there is no lower rating, paid for the item but did not receive the item, seller did not reply to any of my enquiry regarding the item not arriving

Yes, I apologized. We weren’t in singapore for 2 weeks, we checked wi post office, they only replied aft 4weeks, carousell blocked my acc could not comm with buyer, further delaying resolution.Also was busy with school work. When I finally begged carousell to unblock my account after months, able to contact buyer. Returned funds to buyer, who purposely withheld information from carousell out of spite, for a mere $16. If I had known the kind of buyer, PO & carousell screw ups, I would not hv sold
