mailing proof was sent 5 days after supposed mailing day, i understand that you have 2 accounts as you had claimed, but i think that it is basic responsibility to remember to get back to a customer. mailing proof was without stamps, so i'll give you the benefit of doubt that you mailed. have been about 2 weeks and still have not received, i'll just take it that it is lost mail. overall, experience was okay but prompt replies and postage would have been appreciated. 😌
