Other buyer and seller all no problem with me. Claimed that seller want to apologize to my husband for backing out but WHEN WE CALLED SELLER NEVER ANSWER. Seriously? Potential scammer? If im a potential scammer why would i keep updating my husband's whereabouts and keep updating u to wait AND NEVER MIA. USE UR BRAIN

The NYX soft matte lip cream i bought from her are not authentic and I ordered 3! I have already 2 ones which I bought from Watsons so i know something was wrong when i tried them on: https://m.facebook.com/notes/colours-cosmetics-malaysia/how-to-differentiate-between-real-fake-soft-matte-lip-cream-smlc/599061906836285/ Asking for refund but said that she didn't know that they are not authentic and that she didn't say they're authentic. How irresponsible! Deal at your own risk.

Refund is really impossible. Yes deal at your own risk. It's not that i wasn't responsible but at the same time i didnt guarantee you that it was authentic, and you didnt even asked! If you asked me bfo buying and asked me to check bfo dealing, and i lied, maybe you can get a refund. But i just sold as it is. And you wanted a refund, definitely a nono. But still, i apologize for having you to buy the items. Thanks again for letting me know about the authenticity.
