Item arrived without letting me know that it runs on Australian socket - the seller did not even tell me.. Asked if it's 110 or 220 V but he never told me that I need to use Australian socket. False advertising, not providing full details, this is very disappointing. How could I use the fan during this lock down? I hope you would be honest next time, thank you!
