Seller lied about the item. I asked from the get go for any flaws bec I knew it’s preloved. The dress will be used for 1 night only & I didn’t want 2 spend money on it. Plus I’ve bought preloved items b4 & was extremely satisfied with my purchases. Being frugal doesn’t mean one has to wear garbage. Seller can keep the money. No use pretending 2 b indignant when they lied for such a small amount!

buyer asked for stains, the dress has a 1 inch flaw on the neckline that’s why the talbots gown was only sold for 100 because it’s obviously not brand new and not perfect. instead of approaching politely, buyer sent a very long message and being mad about the 1 inch flaw, so seller offered to refund the full amount plus shipping fee but the buyer refused and continue sending an insulting response.
