Let’s pleasure meeting a decisive buyer who knows what he’s getting into. No questions, full trust with the brand he’s buying.

Buyer had ample time to inspect lens and comes back to ask for higher discount to take advantage of the situation. I have on goodwill compensated $50 which I should have reserved the right not to. The lens functions as it should and I will not apologetic about how I handled when buyer tries to find fault with item and asks for further higher discount on the item after sale. Buyers remorse.

I trusted the description and did basic checks at meetup. After inspecting the lens thoroughly at home, I found the hood locking pin broken; it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. I informed her immediately on the issue. I understood a full refund wasn’t agreeable, so I suggested sharing the repair cost as a fair compromise. She offered $50 as goodwill, which I accepted. The actual repair came to over $800. I did not ask for higher discount to “take advantage”, nor was this buyers’s remorse.
