Seller is cooperative. But sold item was rusted at the bottom (fixing area). hence 4 star

To clarify, I have already told you that the rack was not in gd condition. I also took pictures. Hence OK with your offer for a quick deal. I didn't bargain but just went along with your offered price. We waited for almost 30 min before u came. Plus need to wait about 20 min for u to dismantle and take home. Total time was almost 1 hr for $9. Now u rated me a 4 which is very unfair. This is esp since my husband also pointed out that the rack was in bad shape but u still accepted it in person.
