After some negotiation, the buyer made an offer that I accepted, as they seemed eager and wanted same-day pickup. However, they later got cold feet—asking more questions (which I answered), repeatedly pushing for discounts of up to 40%, and ultimately backing out, admitting they may have been too eager initially. Next time, please be more decisive before wasting others’ time.
