My family experienced a bad power trip and james reached within 25min from the point of calling. He stayed while we called SP and also proved to the SP personnel that the issue was indeed from an external cause. Thanks to his support, our family finally had a stable electrical supply. Thanks james

Thank you Mr James and his assistant for an excellent job on repairing the damaged wiring. They were very patient and friendly, he explained all the electrical concepts to my family to clarify our doubts regarding why the switch kept tripping and really recommended his service!

Very prompt service and came over to help resolve our electrical power trip issue. Highly recommended and will engage them for other matters.

cannot recommend James enough. He responded same-day, arrived on time, and wore shoe covers without being asked. He rewired our outdated panel that caused frequent trips and installed new outlets with precision and care. What stood out most was his transparency—he showed me the old faulty wiring and walked me through every step of the repair. Fair pricing and zero upsell pressure.

Electrician Rihan is well trained and was able to identify the power trip issues immediately. His quality of work is very good and attitude is very good

Got 3 MCB safety switches replaced, plus full polarity, earthing, and load testing for our kitchen after a major trip. Price was clearly stated upfront—no hidden fees, callout charges, or last-minute upsells. The technician was licensed, punctual, and confirmed a 3-month workmanship warranty. Fixed our sparking switch issue completely and gave us peace of mind on home safety.

Response was prompt and they were very accommodating when I had to reschedule the first appointment due to a personal matter. The electricians were professional and they managed to swiftly troubleshoot and narrow down the cause of the tripping problem. Thank you to James and his partner for the great service!

Great service! Honest, professional and reliable electrician. Solved my house power trip issue quickly. Job well done, keep up the good work!

We came home from a flight to find our electricity spoiled — super stressful! I called several electricians, but most were either unavailable or charging crazy prices. Then I found Jan Engineering Family, and they were a lifesaver. James arrived in just 30 minutes, was honest, efficient, and didn't try to upsell or find extra things to charge us for. He fixed the issue in 20 minutes — no fuss!

Ultra professional, service orientated and good communication. James obviously knows his stuff and was keen to solve issues at the root of the problem rather than provide a shoddy solution. Took the time to uncover slip short work of previous electricians on our DB box that kept causing the main trip. Got to the root of the problem & fixed it. Two thumbs up for Power Electrical!

Excellent Service. Very responsive during mid-night call and resolved my electrical issue instantly. Highly recommended. Very professional
