Buyer made an offer which I accepted, but only afterwards began asking detailed questions and negotiating for a lower price. It would be more considerate to clarify concerns and pricing before committing to an offer. Why would you offer when you have no intention of completing the transaction and just go silent after that? Its just good etiquette to say that you have changed your mind.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I didn’t realize the offer implied a commitment as I was new at that time. I was checking with a few other sellers as well and somehow missed your chat. I should have let you know I wasn’t proceeding. My apologies.
