Should be no star but the system does not accept. 買家毀約，雙方已同意價錢及約好日子交收，但到交收前一天，完全沒有回應，等了3天也不回覆。 Buyer broke the deal. Buyer made an offer and I accepted. We agreed a handover date. However, no response since the day before handover day. I have waited for 3 days.
