I have always seen myself as an open, honest and helpful seller. I first opted not to rate this buyer as my preference is to rather say nothing than something negative. But after she “accused” me five days after collecting the item that not all the drawer dividers were included, that was the last straw. When I assured her all pieces were included she suddenly found it. Did not even apologise.

Friendly couple whom I had a nice chat with
Was very eager to buy and arrange time. When asked to pay first to reserve, then was told that the piece of furniture couldn't fit. On the seller's end, had to put many people on hold and on waiting list. I would recommend for sellers to ask this buyer to pay in order to reserve. Would also recommend buyer to please check before agreeing as it causes inconvenience on seller's side. Thank you
