After I had confirmed acceptance of his offer officially, I asked him when he can collect. No respond for a day. Even after many hours when he was finally online after that, he did not has the courtesy to respond. He was again online again on another day but did not respond until I asked again whether he was still interested. He then came with the respond "Sorry I had confirmed another deal".

Buyer has made an official offer and I had accepted his offer, I had given ample time for him to respond on when he wanted to collect the item but he failed to do so until I asked once again whether he was interest. He responded by the message "Sorry I had confirmed another deal". He should have responded earlier if he had wanted to back out but instead, he went round to hunt for better deal.
