I give zero 0 rate... Cellar is not honest. He sold used items with new rice cooker aids. No one will buy anything from him, he is a cheater.

He advertised as new, why did he give used?.. didn't give me a chance to check. mrt station came and gave me hands and left quickly like a thief, he said everything is fine no need to check.
