Poor communication, and quick to assume; for example I had reserved an item for a buyer who sent me a receipt of their payment to my bank account. This Carousell user assumed the reservation was for her when she hadn’t arranged meetup or payment of any kind. Then decided to leave negative feedback on my page due to her own poor communication skills. Quite disappointing really.
