Professional seller and follows up through with us till the end of our stay. Seamless coordination. Went the extra mile to help us check out private transport arrangements to genting and complimentary cable car tickets to the premium outlets. Will recommend to my friends.

Great communication

Seller was very detailed, trustworthy and not pushy. He gave a personal tour of the room via video before we confirmed. The hotel room was clean, shower water pressure was very strong, clean towels, toothbrushes, toothpastes and shower gels were provided. Overall, we're satisfied & sure to return for more.
