Buyer is a joy buyer! *Some advise to sellers* If you gonna deal with him please request him go meet up with you instead. Otherwise you will end up like me wasted time, effort and petrol with a “Not keen” anymore. I truly understand there is no confirm deal even during COD, but if you are not so keen on it, please be direct and tell upfront before arrange a COD so the seller is prepared for it.

Dear seller, I was only carrying out my duties as a buyer. You have agreed to meet up and you can't blame me for rejecting the item. When you advertised the item, the conditions looked good. But when we met, there are some defects which is ineligible for the high price. Please show a professional attitude. The customer is always right. Remember that 👍
