Seller sold me the dress, I paid, and seconds later I received info that the dress was given away to her cousin. Quite upset as I have been finding this dress for a long time and I managed to get it at the price that I want. Experienced same thing with another seller before. Not sure if I’m being trolled. Wish sellers on Carousell can be more responsible with their words :(

Hi, thanks for taking time out to leave this review. I’ve listed the item for awhile and forgot that I’ve given this piece to my cousin since I didn’t receive any offers/enquiries. I understand how you feel and I should have checked before confirming the transaction etc but I don’t think that this renders a 2 star review since I’ve transferred you back the full amount promptly within a few minutes of receiving it & have apologized for the inconvenience. Hope you’ve better luck tho :)
