Quite a fussy buyer. The item was brand new in perfect condition when I mailed it out and had absolutely no smell. I don’t do refunds or exchanges for made up problems but I still tried to cooperate offering to wash it and offering free mailing and also gave her a big discount on her next purchase. I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused but I did try to deal with it the best I could
Item came in a folded paper bag & is falling apart. Tommy Hilfiger sweater described as brand new but smells v badly of BO esp under the pits. Highlighted to seller hwever she was unable to compromise. I did not ask for refund but only for 1 to 1 exchange as I genuinely like the item. Feeling extremely sad cause seller was childish to leave a -ve fdback & accused that I make up story in order to get a refund (despite me leaving her a gd fdback). I’ve never had sellers call me fussy before.

Buyer was friendly and made prompt payment. I didn't realise there was a small dent as I didn't check(they were all new and I assume there wouldn't be defects). Nevertheless, buyer wasn't upset about it. Really sorry!!
